Each tool identifies its formula, intended population, exclusions, uncertainty, safety boundary and primary reference. Results are ranges or contextual estimates rather than absolute conclusions.
How changes are handled
Content is reviewed whenever an authoritative guideline, formula or risk boundary changes. A label never replaces an explanation of the evidence.
What this site does not do
The site does not diagnose conditions, prescribe treatment, recommend medication changes or replace care from a qualified professional.
